このページは Map Features の日本語訳です。日本のマッピングで推奨されるタグ付けルールに関しては、まず Japan tagging を参照し、それに載っていないものについて当ページを参照してください。

OpenStreetMapでは、ノード、ウェイ、エリアにつけられるタグの制限はありませんので、どのようなタグでもつけることができます。しかし、共通のベースマップを作成・解釈・表示するためには、一定のフィーチャー群とそれに対応するタグについての共通認識があるとよいでしょう。

地図に表示してほしいもので、適当なタグが見当たらないものについては、提案されているフィーチャーのページ、あるいは一連のウェイやノードをまとめて1つのものとして扱いたい場合には、Relationsを参考にしてください。これらのページで、今後追加される可能性のあるフィーチャーについて学んだり、新しい提案をすることもできます。

レンダリング（描画）について:

  • このページに掲載されているタグを使えば、あなたの編集はおそらくたくさんのレンダラー（描画ソフト）で表示されるでしょう。しかしながら、このページに掲載されているタグが特定のレンダラーやOSMの地図ページで描画されることを保証するものではありません。
  • また、このページに掲載されていないタグでも、OSMの地図ページで描画されるものがたくさんあるかも知れません。それは、レンダラーに組み込まれている全てのタグをこのページに掲載している訳ではないからです。
  • 以下の表の「レンダリング」列は、架空の地図においてフィーチャーがどのように描画されるのかという単なる例示に過ぎません。つまり、OSMのMapnikレイヤーとOsmarenderレイヤーだけでなく他の地図も含めて、どのように描画すべきかを要求するものではありません。

物理的なフィーチャー

道路 (Highway)

highwayタグは主に道路に使われます。国によってタグの使われ方が異なります。Highway tag usageや Road のページを参照してください。
注意：道路についてのタグは、イギリスを想定して定義されています。日本の道路についてはJapan tagging#Road Typesを参照してください。

highway living_street Image:Mf_way.png 歩行者が自動車よりも優先される街路で、子供が遊ぶことができ、最高速度が低く制限されているもの。

highway pedestrian wayarea 主に歩行者専用の道路、歩行者専用ショッピング街。広場のタグ付けに使用する場合は、area=yesを追加すること。

小道
highway path way 用途が特定されていない小道や共用されている小道。
highway cycleway Image:Mf_way.png highway=path cycleway=designatedを簡略化したタグで、主に自転車専用の小道。自転車専用道路、自転車道など。歩行者も利用できるものは、場合に応じてfoot=yes或いはfoot=designatedを追加することでそれを示すことができる。
highway footway Image:Mf_way.png highway=path foot=designatedを簡略化したタグで、主に歩行者専用の小道。歩行者専用道路、歩道、遊歩道など（砂利道のものも含む）。自転車も利用できるものは、bicycle=yesを追加することでそれを示すことができる。 Image:Rendering-highway_footway.png
highway bridleway way highway=path horse=designatedを簡略化したタグで、馬用の小道。ブライドルウェイ、乗馬道。イギリスの場合は、"rights of way"として歩行者・馬（騎乗又は曳いて）・自転車に通行権のある道が存在する。 Image:Rendering-highway bridleway.png
highway byway way でき上がっていない又は整備されていない間道で、通常は歩行者・馬（騎乗又は曳いて）・自転車と同様に馬車や荷車などの車両も利用できるもの。イギリスの場合は、車両について自動車やオートバイまで利用できる間道と、自転車・馬車・荷車などの機械的な推進装置を持たないものに限定された制限間道が存在する。

交差点フィーチャー
highway mini_roundabout Image:Mf_node.png ミニ・ラウンドアバウト（非常に小さいロータリー交差点のようなもの）にだけ使用すること。大きいロータリーにはjunction=roundaboutを使用する。イギリスの場合は、通常のラウンドアバウトが三角形の道路標識であるのに対して、ミニ・ラウンドアバウトは青い円形の道路標識になっている。尚、日本の場合は、「ロータリーあり」の黄色い警戒標識がある。

highway ford Image:Mf_node.png 道路が小川や川を横切る際に、車両が水の中に入らなければならない場所。歩行者・馬・車両が渡れる川の浅瀬や渡り場。

highway turning_circle Image:Mf_node.png 道路の終端で車両の転回を容易にするための場所で、通常は丸味を帯びて広がった場所であるが、必ずしもそのようになっている必要は無い。

交差点

自転車道 (Cycleway)

注 — そのような街路は、例えばベルギー、オランダ、デンマークにはよくあるが、実際に存在するもののイギリスではまれにしか無い。イギリスではしばしば、それよりむしろ、実際に街路は末端部にある進入禁止標識の先の非常に短い区間を除いて全区間が双方向であるのが普通で、街路の末端部では安全地帯によって分離された短いレーンによって自転車は進入禁止を除外されている。これは "cycle plug" と呼ばれていて、いくつかの場所では隣接した自転車道で終わる非常に短い一方通行路として表示されており、自転車道はそれらが接続する車道と共に小さな三角形を作っている。

Tracktype

Waterway

waterway boatyard node Boat yard - a place for constructing, repairing and storing vessels out of the water.  
waterway water_point node A place to get fresh water e.g. for caravans.  
waterway waste_disposal node A place to release used water e.g. for caravans.  
waterway mooring node A place for anchoring vessels.  
waterway weir node way A barrier built across a river, often to divert water for industrial purposes. Water can still flow over the top.
waterway dam wayarea A wall built across a river or stream to impound the water. A dam normally does not have water flowing over the top of it.
