Licence Type

There is a discussion going as to whether the current license is the best way forward.

It might be best if contributors put forward arguments in favour / against each type of license.

In referring to a CC-by-Sa type license I mean that it won't necessarily be word for word the same as the current CC-by_Sa license (which has a lot to do with musical works of art), but would have the spirit of that license.

still maintains a link to OSM	basically should mean anyone can do what they like, and dont even have to consider license issues
