Loadstone GPS is Free satellite navigation software developed for Symbian Mobile/phones using the Series60 platform. Although Loadstone-GPS is a useful navigational tool for everyone, it is particularly useful for blind and visually impaired people using screen readers.

At the time of writing, their geographic database download site "The Points Share Exchange" seemed to be down, so I can't investigate any further.
