Rationale

A typical town or village High Street or Main Street is often mixed use - residential, shops, businesses whatever. Describing it as highway=residential isn't satisfactory, and often it could do with emphasis on the rendered map because its status is rather higher. Yet 'unclassified' doesn't cut it, and in any case doesn't show up differently unless you change the renderer. In some places they're promted by virtue of being primary or secondary, but not always. Where this isn't the case I'd like to be able to empahsise a few streets through a place as being the 'principal urban streets', and I suggest simply emboldening the edges.
