- On http://osm.vdska.de/ you can find a map with surveillance cameras. If you tag cameras with man_made=surveillance or surveillance=public|indoor|outdoor, they'll appear automatically.
Cologne import
The Chaos Computer Club Cologne (C4) provides some data about surveillance cameras with descriptions. I'm workin on an import of that into the osm database. They're already displayed on the the cctv map.
