highway=jazz should work but broken link to jazz

motorway=jazz should work but with both broken links

jazz=jazz should work but with both broken links

jazz=* should work but broken link to jazz

[[Key:{{{1}}}|{{{1}}}]]=* shouldn't work

To force it to not link, skip the second argument and put the text in the third argument like {{Tag_test|bridge||yes}}:

bridge=yes

ref=the ref number

highway=*
