This page contains information relating to mapping activity that is specific to Macedonia.

Goals

• Macedonia is almost a blind spot on the OSM map for now. This should be changed. A first start can be editing by using the Yahoo! Aerial Images: however, this seems at the moment feasible only for the Skopje area as aerial images of the remaining parts of the country are in too poor quality to make out any details that would be required for mapping. So this is to all GPS owners in Macedonia, take your traces!

What is done?

• Mapping has not started.

People involved

• user:Mafeu - Visits Macedonia on a regular basis. Next visit will involve tracking with GPS.
