"Propiedades" es demasiado genérico. Deberíamos crear nuevas categorías en Category:ES:Características en lugar de colocar etiquetas aquí (véase Situación y Aceras, por ejemplo). De hecho, cada etiqueta de OSM puede considerarse como una "propiedad" de algún objeto. Realmente deberíamos usar más enlaces cruzados en lugar usar esta página y su plantilla.
This is used to give additional information of a general nature about another element.
|area||yes||Means a feature that is normally linear is an area. You should not add this to features that are already defined as an area type.|

This is intended to indicate actual physical separation, shouldn't be used just to influence rendering order.
