Subject: licence on CLC data

good afternoon,

I am participating in project www.openstreetmap.org , which is a project intending to create free wiki map of the world. Whole data is licensed allowing also commercial usage: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Licence

legal notice on this page is (probably) compatible with our licence
(http://www.eea.europa.eu/legal/copyright)

is it legally possible to import CLC (and other EEA datasets) into our database ?

looking forward to your positive answer

Michal
