Nous développons une carte nautique libre :

C'est une une carte marine avec déjà plus de 8000 marques nautiques, un fichier d'exportation pour les GPS Garmin et même une version USB avec toutes les marques pour participer.

Cartographie des ports
- Article détaillé: FR:Harbour
- Voir aussi : Lighthouse, Buoy, Bake
Dans un port, marchez le long de chaque mole et jetée et enregistrez les traces sur votre GPS. Téléchargez les traces sur OSM et créez la carte du port.

- contrôler le Template:Trait de côte avec un GPS dans chaque baie ou chaque plage et les télécharger pour compléter la carte OSM.
- noter et télécharger toutes les informations intéressantes pour les marins (commerces, toilettes, eau potable, arrêts de bus, etc.).

TLe trait de côte nest pas toujours bien reproduit dans OSM, particulièrement dans des pays outremer. contrôler le Template:Trait de côte avec un GPS dans chaque baie ou chaque plage et les télécharger pour compléter la carte OSM. Pour savoir comment le faire, voir coastline.
Si vous croisez le long de la côte, utilisez les balises de cette table et contrôlez ce qui est déjà noté sur la carte OSM.

Lighthouse

Draw a lighthouse as node and check the coordinates with the list of lights. The identification should be tagged as note=*.
- Be aware that List of Lights are protected by proprietary licenses, data should never be derived directly from such sources.
