Adding imports warning label

As per the discussion here taking place on Pieren's diary entry, I am adding a more prominent warning box at the top of this page. I was rather hope somebody who speaks french would do it, but anyway...

This draws attention to import issues and linking the Import guidelines. This is in line with all english language pages relating to imports. Although it may seem overbearing to some, this sets the tone for careful and considered behaviour when bringing data into OpenStreetMap.

It may be that there is more appropriate wording for this box. I understand that users bringing in Cadastre data following the instructions, may not count as "importing" at all. But that assumes that everyone is following the instructions. It's important to draw attention to the issues, and ensure that people do follow the instructions.

Hi harry, all questions you are querying are answered by a simple fact : "You are not on the good wiki page". This page isn't about cadastre mechanical imports but a statistics page + links to the relevant pages.
The pages you are looking for are : this one for buildings this one for administrative limits and this sub page here for rivers and stream. And, ultimatly, this one here that no one can escape because this is the only entry point to exported cadastre files sletuffe 14:17, 2 November 2012 (UTC)

Translations

Why is this page translated to German, but not to English? Wouldn't it make more sense, covering more users, if translations to English was made? --Skippern (talk) 10:50, 10 February 2020 (UTC)
