Summary

Description
English: Heatmap showing the density of en:Chennai's bus and rail network coverage. Map was created using simple buffer shading on bus route corridors and railway stations in Adobe Illustrator. The width of the buffer for bus route roads is a function of the frequency of buses on that road. The Chennai OSM map data already contained roads tagged according to public transport frequency. Chennai's public transport network consists of the en:Chennai MTC, en:Chennai MRTS and the en:Chennai Suburban Railway Network. Map Data:Free data from OpenStreetMap Project
