Here's the cake Harry Wood made for the OpenStreetMap 8th Anniversary Birthday party in London
This is kind of how the cake was supposed to look, except that I was running out of time, so I didn't get chance to figure out a solution to the springing liquorice problem, and I made the blue icing a bit too runny so didn't have enough control to write OpenStreetMap, but also after a HOT vibrating journey on the northern line it looked like this. Ah well.
It's a sponge cake with green colouring and bit of lime zest, and the lime juice mixed into the icing (Which is really yummy. I recommend it)
