Summary

San Francisco and many other US cities have street cleaning times, during which noone (not even residents with permits) are allowed to park. Here's an interesting case: During the street cleaning hours Tu 12-14, noone can park. Drivers with "Z" permits can park unlimited otherwise. Drivers without "Z" permits can park for 2 hours Mo-Fr 8-18, or unlimited otherwise.
