The point of a map symbol is that it should try to convey it's meaning without having to look at a key (where possible). A small tree pictogram would probably be more suited, but as crschmidt noted in irc, it is unreasonable for any of the renderers to show individual trees at the moment (probably eventually due to tag floods in urban spaces - I do see the use in the case of a lone tree in a field) --Thomas Wood 10:24, 17 April 2008 (UTC)
