  • Get back to St. Louis' interest to run SOTM-US 2015 - we won't be able to commit before SOTM US 2014
  • 501c3 - next actions:
    • Double check whether we can get a lower fee
    • Verify whether we need to back file taxes
    • Alex will ask one more lawyer for lower price
  • Bonnie + Kathleen getting together to go over books in the past year
