Minutes of meeting of the Training Working Group of the Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team
Meeting commenced at 1900hrs Monday 5th June 2017 using the Mumble server, but IRC monitored.

learnOSM Translation
Nick explained that he started some automatization for grabbing translated documents from Transifex and feeding them into learnOSM. Currently his script fetches documents if at least 10% of the contents have been translated. This is automatically stored on the github repository for the staging site of learnOSM. A few bits still need manual intervention and we will need a policy for transferring contents to the main site.
Currently these updates occur daily and will enable tranlators to see the effect of their work at most one day later. This new workflow has been communicated on Transifex.
A consequence of this automatization is that any documents in other languages than English might get overwritten on the staging site at any time. Manual changes to documents should only be carried out in the English version which remains untouched otherwise.
Nick currently reorganizes the directory structure on github.
TM3 development
The current version of the new TM3 user documentation on learnOSM can be accessed on the staging site: http://nick-tallguy.github.io/en/coordination/tasking-manager-3/
Michael's plan to provide the TM3 admin guide (converted back from Blake's gitbook version) had to be postponed due to lack of time. No one of the participants is aware of a current release schedule for the new Tasking Manager version.
