Tag previous:<type_of_vehicle>=<value> is used at parts of roads with oneway status (oneway=yes or oneway=-1), which are possible for entering only from part of road, which has tag <type_of_vehicle>=<value>. Possible values of <type_of_vehicle> and <value> are described at page Key:access. For example, if road 1 highway=service+oneway=yes is available only from road 2 highway=service+vehicle=private, we can add to road 1 tag previous:vehicle=private.
