Hull is a city in East Riding of Yorkshire, United Kingdom at latitude 53°45′00.00″ North, longitude 0°19′48.00″ West.


Hull is a city and unitary authority in the Yorkshire and the Humber region of England. Together with the unitary authority of the East Riding of Yorkshire it forms the ceremonial county of the East Riding of Yorkshire. Its formal name of Kingston upon Hull is now very rarely used, even the local council refer to the city as Hull.

Progress

As of 1st December 2008, all of the public roads in Hull are mapped. Most obvious amenities including schools, pubs, churches, allotments, cemeteries and some shops are also added. Work is continuing on footways, cycle paths, cycle lanes, speed limits and traffic calming measures.

Bus stops

The NaPTAN data for bus stops was loaded on 20 Aug 2009 as changeset 2212240 (achavi, OSMLab). Work to verify the stops on the ground is complete for the city.
