The licensing working group (LWG) was set up on 23rd December 2008 at a meeting of the Foundation board.
The working group consists of

- Michael Collinson (Joined in February 2009)
- Richard Weait (Joined in May 2010)

- Dermot McNally (Mackerski)
- Simon Poole
