"Mapping far far away" refers to the magic begin of many fairy-tales "In a land far, far away, long, long ago..". But here it mean mapping Yahoo!-satellite or other arial images of places you may be never visit. Like in Cuba. I wonder why Cuba has high resoluted arial images and at the same time so few data. That's because internet access is not everywhere as easy/normal as in Europe or North America. You can help these people to get their map full, have some data to show others and may be get more by data donations. Country changes monthly

"Mapping far far away" bezieht sich auf den magischen Anfang von vielen Märchen "In einem Land weit, weit weg vor langer Zeit..". Jedoch ist hier das Abzeichnen von Yahoo!-Satellitienbildern oder anderen Luftaufnahmen gemeint. Ich habe mich gefragt warum Cuba gute Yahoo!-Luftbilder und gleichzeit so wenig Daten haben kann. Das ist so, weil der Zugang zu Internet nicht überall so selbstverständlich/einfach ist wie in Europa oder Nordamerika. Du kannst helfen, dass die Leute dort ihre Karte voll und damit Daten zu zeigen haben und so möglicherweise weitere durch Datenspenden erhalten. Das Land ändert sich monatlich.
