Installing the map in Mapsource
The following works for me:
Create the map including TDB and overview map
$ java -jar dist/mkgmap.jar --tdbfile --route map.osm [... more input files]
This creates 63240000.tdb, 63240000.img (overview) and further map files (one for each input file). Copy these into a directory of your choice.
Install the map using MapsetToolkit
The parameters are straight forward:
