How to tag

The cycle routes should be mapped using relations. Cycle_routes#Relations gives good description on how this should be done.

Ways tagged with ncn_ref=1-9 will be rendered but should be converted to relations.

A mountain bike route are also tagged network=mtb, although route=mtb is proposed, but currently not supported by the cyclemap renderer.

TODO: This section can be made better.
