The OSMF Redaction bot was used by the OSMF for the redaction process relating to the Licence change to ODbL. The account is used for redacting old versions of nodes, ways and relations that can no longer be published, and for making any changes to their current version to ensure that redacted information is no longer available. See Redaction bot progress map. Run July 2012.
The bot was written in Ruby and its source code can be found on Github.
