As part of the Society of Cartographers conference there will be a mini mapping party for one afternoon, which is open to OSMers not attending the conference.

By GPS and aerial photo. Portsmouth has Yahoo aerial photo coverage, and also many ways (previous old unwayed segments converted to ways using Yahoo coverage as a guide) that need checking, and annotating with type and name, POIs etc.
