Main
We have necessary to map tire service facility long time ago. But until last moment we don't have an agreement, how to do it.
Proposal
I don't want to represent something revolutionary new, but organize data we have in OSM at the moment.
As far as I understand many mappers don't count tyre facility service as standalone POI deserved its own tag shop=*, but just additional service, provided by car service - shop=car_repair.
To map tyre service facility I suggest to use service=wheel_repair
Examples
There are a lot of places providing tyres repair service in each city, and we must organise tagging of such service, including additional services.
