oncoming_traffic=yes or oncoming_traffic=no

  • oncoming_traffic=yes Way has signs on both sides indicating that traffic in one direction has precedence over the one in the other.
  • oncoming_traffic=no General rules of precedence for directional traffic apply.

Default values

  • Where the tag lanes has a value of over 1:
oncoming_traffic=no or "not applicable"; default road rules for oncoming traffic apply. No directional traffic precedes over the opposite direction.
