Proposal

able to define the stop and give way route signs as a priority restriction in an intersection, also the direction as it can be seen at the following road signs:

Rationale

highway=give_way and highway=stop can not be used in intersection - since direction can not be assigned to them. so by now if you want to place such sign at the end of a road instead of defining it in the intersection, you have to add nodes to each roads where these signs exists. basically 2 nodes per intersection. So would be nice to able to define these priority restrictions in intersection just like turn restrictions. Even, defining them in a node is incorrect, since these signs only appears in intersection only.
