Proposal
In Germany we have emergency access points in the forest that include a number. In case of an emergency you can use this number when reporting an emergency so that the medics know where you are located right now (which is mostly hard to determine if you are in the woods).

- I oppose this proposal. Why highway for this ? and not simply "emergency_ref=[1]
