Proposal

Rationale

There is some situations where the names of the two sides of a street are not the same. This often apply when a street is a boundary between two city. In this case name=name1;name2 is not a good solution as there is no way to know witch name belong to witch city.

If tag "name" is set use it.

If tag "name" is unset use "left_name/right_name"
