TIGER duplicate counties

TIGER duplicate counties have been fixed as part of TIGER fixup efforts.

During the initial TIGER import, several counties were somehow uploaded multiple times. In no case was there a 100% duplication, although some counties came very close. All known duplicate imports have been either removed or fixed manually:

• Greene County, OH (DaveHansen and RSatterf): DaveHansen deleted RSatterf's import on April 2009.
• Chemung County, NY (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/16/2009
• Bradford County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/16/2009
• Cameron County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/16/2009
• Clearfield County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/17/2009
• Elk County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/17/2009
• Forest County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Fixed by unknown user -Milenko 11/17/2009
• Centre County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Fixed by Sven L 2/5/2010
• Huntingdon County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Fixed by Sven L 2/3/2010
• Somerset County, PA (DaveHansen and Milenko): Nodes/way imported by Milenko deleted 11/17/2009
