Title for GPS 60

I changed the title for one of the reviews from "GPSMAP 60" to "GPS 60". These are different models:

http://www.garmin.com/products/gps60/
http://www.garmin.com/products/gpsmap60/

The one on the picture, and the one that has 1 MB of data, is the gps 60. But the reviewer talks about uploading maps, and that only works on the gpsmap 60. I wonder if he has two units?

Show a chart presenting facts

Looking over this page, (as i want to buy a new GPS) my thought is that it should be shown in a chart form. Name / Image / good things / bad things / Website links

Unlike the other sites, we can back up all the points with facts. .. making it more Wiki. .. speaking of which, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Garmin_eTrex has a good listing, so why not make this chart OpenStreetMap specifac, and show what the OSM Map looks like working on each device.

http://www.gpscentral.ca/products/handheldgpscomparison.htm this has the product comparison chart, which seems to be pretty good. There should be a way to make it this OSM list better, where it doesnt show all the device features, JUST showing how it be can used with OpenStreetMap. The Wikipedia Pages for each device covers the details (there is no need to duplicate the information on this site here.)
P.S. Looks like the eTrex Visa Cx seems to be the best device. .. next to the Legend Cx, at a close second. --acrosscanadatrails 21:49, 20 October 2008 (UTC)
GPS Reviews actually covers alot of detail, so would it would make sence to merge in both lists? --acrosscanadatrails 23:34, 20 October 2008 (UTC)

Save waypoints to Vista HCX

Saving tracks to memory card works well for Vista HCX, however I cannot find a way to save waypoints to it. Can anyone write a paragraph or two about how to do this?

New Layout

I made a new table layout. I propose to move the detailed descriptions to other pages (like Garmin/etrex_series but feel free to disagree and change the table. --Peter Dörrie 14:20, 5 June 2009 (UTC)

Good idea. One other thing that could help is to somehow emphasize models that are still being sold/produced. Say by deemphasizing (gray?) table entries for outdated models, or by sorting the tables by production year. Few people will be interested in comparing an eTrex Yellow to an eTrex Vista HCx. GPSmap 60Cx not listed

It appears that the GPSmap 60Cx is not listed perhaps it should be made to a new category (but i found it under GPS) so i fixed the link. --acrosscanadatrails 20:06, 8 November 2009 (UTC)

but the page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Garmin/GPS_series#GPSMAP_60C.28S.29x_and_76C.28S.29x_series does need some work, considering that it's (technically) the best unit for OSM mapping/dropping/cycling/hiking IMO (but not driving, as this is great for mapping, and not really designed for driving (as your better off with a car version) -- User:Acrosscanadatrails 20:18, 8 November 2009

Venture line

The Venture Cx has a microSD card unlike the HC, but I don't know the other stats so I can't enter it in the chart, though it seems to be discontinued.
