Comparison to PBF?
With phyghtmap you can directly create PBF files instead of OSM-XML. What is the benefit of a IBF compared to PBF? --Derstefan (talk) 10:56, 17 May 2015 (UTC)
- This is a quite old format/page (7 years), it predates PBF. Anyway it served a different purpose than PBF - encoding relief contours (not OSM data). But it's not a commonly used format and I guess it's now more or less obsolete --Breki (talk) 18:40, 19 May 2015 (UTC)
