Use on roads

As discussed recently on help.osm.org ("How to tag streets with reversed lanes?"), there are rare cases where the driving side for a road differs from the nationwide standard. A popular suggestion was to use this tag also on such non-standard roads. --Tordanik 19:24, 25 October 2013 (UTC)
