What?

While it's good to document such a frequently used key, this documentation reads like a diatribe not documentation. A bit of discussion on the tagging list can't hurt either. In the end the wiki page should describe the values indoor can take, and how to use them, and not just describe the rendering problem. Brycenesbitt (talk) 04:14, 24 March 2015 (UTC)

What about outdoor multi-storey situations?

I would likely interpret the tag "indoor" as a location inside a building, but that doesn't fit to other situations with locations outside but still in buildings (balconies, terraces) which could well be overlapping and in higher storeys. --Dieterdreist (talk) 10:52, 26 March 2015 (UTC)

Link to Indoor display

How to tag an object that has drawn Indoor so that it will be visible on 'openstreetmap.org'? Link could be to: http://osmtools.org/indoor/#lat=50.34755&lon=18.91955&z=19 or http://clement-lagrange.github.io/osmtools-indoor/#lat=50.34755&lon=18.91955&z=19 --Władysław Komorek (talk) 20:18, 26 June 2017 (UTC)

indoor=parking

If you have a few levels which are a car park, should these still be indoor=room? They aren't really rooms, indoor=area? Or a new indoor=parking? --Aharvey (talk) 01:58, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
