Umeå model

In Umeå we have essentially two levels of priority for clearing the snow from cycleways. The 'first' priority are main cycleways as well as those which are combined with main streets. Then we have "the rest", which are the majority of footways which I will tag as '2' for the time being. There are also minor cycleways/footways mostly just for excercise runs and such, but I am told they are the same priority level as secondary cycleways, i.e. '2'. -- MMN-o (talk) 22:30, 13 April 2016 (UTC)
