There is already office=research - this is a better fit than amenity.

Not necessarily. E.g. a laboratory is not an office. But there's no point in discussing an empty draft. Let's wait for the RFC, and then see what the proposal is all about. --Fkv (talk) 16:48, 22 June 2015 (UTC)
