In my opinion it would be far better to use a tag such as type=coniferous, since a more general tag could then be applied to both the natural=wood tag and the landuse=forest tag. Dmgroom 14:40, 17 March 2009 (UTC)
I second Dmgroom, a more general tag type=coniferous, type=deciduous or type=mixed would be more useful. --Spielkind 17:46, 30 August 2009 (UTC)
