It could also be: building=ground_station, office=ground_station and service=ground_station. For me as a user of satellte communication it could even be considered an amenity=ground_station though IMO amenity=* is overcrowded and we should look into moving some tags from amenity --Skippern 14:28, 2 September 2012 (BST)
