Tag for waiting time

We need a tag to describe how long the wait is or something like it.

The sign depicted here does not indicate the waiting time, but the fact that the restriction is only valid "from :45 to :30 of each hour" or, to phrase it better, from :45 of each hour to :30 of the following hour. In other words, the road is two-way only from :30 to :45 of every hour (the green area on the clock). --Bon (talk) 20:03, 10 May 2023 (UTC)
