Can an example of what an Edubase ref looks like please? Going to the linked site, brings up all sorts of information, and I don't know what I'm looking at. Thanks.

It is the field labelled URN on the website, or in the URN column if you download the spreadsheet from the resources section of this page. I've added one to this school way 96559434 --EdLoach (talk) 13:24, 11 January 2016 (UTC)

Tagging of Gaelic Medium schools

These have a separate seedbase reference, but are usually located within the same building as the main school with no visible differentiator as to where the Gaelic classes are located.

I have started tagging these as a separate node within the school (which is mapped as normal), with ref:seedbase and using the official_name tag so that the main map doesn't display 2 entries for the same school. Not sure if this is the best solution, but would welcome comments - drnobel

Using official_name seems sensible. This might be similar to a discussion on the talk-GB list about sites that are shared or not clear where they divide. E.g. Primary schools with a nursery, or Junior/Infant schools that use the same site but have separate Edubase entries. - LastGrape/Gregory 12:16, 22 February 2016 (UTC)
