Hi, I´ve used your template for Luxembourg WikiProject Page and faced some problems with the variable BASENAME. The Name of the page has to be purely the country name rather than ´<"WikiProject" + country name>. E.g. the WikiProject page has to be forwarded to the country page. Usually, in most country projects it's vice versa. May be, it´s better to use the parameter "fullname" instead of BASENAME. So, the user can control the behaviour with the parameter. --Nils Lux 22:22, 2 October 2010 (BST)

Internationalization

I would like to adapt this template to be used in many languages. Using Template:Place and Template:PlaceLang as a model I plan to create the CountryLang template to be used for this purpose. I have a working test of the modified Country and CountryLang templates in my sandbox, with tests in english and spanish. Any suggestions?. Javiersanp (talk) 15:24, 30 December 2017 (UTC)
