About me

I'm a software developer from Germany. Since 2003 I develop an application for Windows CE based handheld devices with the name Glopus. Glopus is a shareware GPS application with lots of features:

• Reads huge lists of rastermaps (images + calibration) and displays the best fitting ones for the current view
• Displays large IMG vector maps (e.g. with OSM data: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Radfahrer/Radkarte or http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/index.php/User:Computerteddy)
• Map rotating and 2 1/2 D view
• Supports driver's log, route and poi lists
• Point to point navigtion
