I have worked for the state and two NJ universities as a GIS specialist. I currently work for Rowan University, which looks really good in OSM.

I have a page about OSM and a script to export data from ArcGIS to the .osm format. It can be added to ArcToolbox, thus allowing for easier exports from ArcGIS.
