My mapping is mostly a side-effect of my wardriving. I heard about openstreetmap via WiGLE. I generate wardriving plots with maps from OpenStreetMap so it works both ways: my wardriving helps OpenStreetMap and OpenStreetMap helps my wardriving.
Most of my mapping will be of bicycle-paths in and around Utrecht, as this is where I do my wardriving (by recumbent bike).
