I am interested to explore, learn, and map in OSM. I generated this interest when I was a graduate student at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Eventually, I ended up writing my doctoral dissertation on OSM. If you are interested in reading my dissertation, please contact me. Dissertations are usually long to read, I have also published few journal papers; see [1] for a recent paper that has been published in American Behavioral Science.

Currently, I am located in Kathmandu and am working to map the entire Kathmandu Valley and make this data accessible through OSM. It feels good to see the map in OSM growing every next day.
