VTA transportation import

Hi, it looks like the import is a bit stalled. What are the actual problems? If the import is just too much work, can I suggest my tool? I'm working on the POI Importer tool, that allows to just dump the data, and let local users handle the import. The tool is still under heavy development, so there aren't a lot of users yet, but I think that will change in the near future.
