Names: please use name=* for local (Greek) names and name:XX=* for names in other countries (e.g. name:en=*). Do not use name:el in Greece. And the same in relation names.

highway_capacity: Don't add unneeded tags for data which can be computed by the application. there is absolutely no reason for it. it's even critical when the roadtype is changed by another mapper because he will never change "your" tags. result: it's wrong.
