It seems to be promoting cycleway=obligatory and similar tagging conflicting with existing usage of this case (cycleway=lane/opposite_lane/opposite/etc).

This is a good idea, but poorly executed - it needs a new, currently unused key.

Where the established tags are equivocal, I suggest innovative tags that ought to be unequivocal.

But established tags that are simple and clear, I'd like to keep.

If you have better suggestions, please tell them.
