Internally DIsplaced Persons camps are official camps in Haiti that the government has assigned. There are several hundred of these being geotagged, and the information is being managed in a Google doc (linked here soon).
These camps should be tagged:
earthquake:damage=idp_camp
The camps will also have names, as shown in the Google Doc. Having that in the camp is very useful for searching (via nominatim).
This tag should only be used for official idp_camps from the Haitian governments to aid in the display + mapping of these camps by organizers of the recovery effort.
